｜How to wash

• Machine washable. African batik cloth may fade, so please wash it separately (be especially careful the first few times)
• When washing, we recommend turning it inside out and placing it in a net.
• Please do not squeeze or rub too hard as this may cause wrinkles.
• Do not use chlorine or oxygen bleach.

｜Finishing

• Please dry it as soon as possible after washing. Avoid drying in places with strong direct sunlight for long periods of time. This may cause fading or damage to the fabric.
• When ironing, turn it inside out and apply a pressing cloth.

Depending on the design of the fabric, there may still be some wax left on it when you receive it, and it may feel crisp to the touch, but each time you wash it, it will gradually change into a softer, higher-quality cotton.

African batik has colors and designs that are not often seen in Japan.
